There is an elevator at the entrance, although the apartments are located on the second floor.
In the courtyard and next to the house there is a parking without security. Unfortunately, I can not guarantee the availability of parking spaces, especially during working hours. However, in the evening and in the morning there are usually free parking spaces.
The nearest metro stations are Klovskaya and Pecherskaya, if you walk you will reach the metro in 8-10 minutes.
